It is optimal for users to view the races in the order they appear on the ballot. To set the order of the races for easy browsing, you can group your races into race categories (President, US Congress, State Senator, City Alderman, etc.) and place them in the order as appear on the ballot.
Create new race categories
Select Race Categories from the NavBar. Under Add Additional Race Categories you will see a box. Enter additional race categories one at a time, with each category followed by a return. Click Add
Top designation is used for races that will be included in every user’s Voter Guide. Typically this has been used only for a Presidential race, as other race categories can be easily districted. Note: There can only be one key race.
